At first sight these bars looked absolutely stunning, choosing the Blue ones meant that the shiny chrome blue colouring welcomed me straight away when pulling them out the box. The perfect height and width only helped confirmed my thoughts that these bars were an amazing piece of kit. When you have been riding scooters for a while you get to know just what good looks like and that is the exact feel I got for these Phoenix bars from their 2015 line.
Overall the simple shape and standard size make these bars very good overall performers and are adaptable to many different riding styles. 4130 chromoly steel, The 24 inch width bars are just right for throwing bars with ease and the 24 inches of height gave me the perfect and most comfortable riding height. To maintain the bars beautiful colour they have been power coated which means they are highly resistant to scratches and scuffs. These bars have a slit for ICS and IHC use but if you want to ride SCS then just cut it off or use a bar adapter.
How well they work
Soon after putting the phoenix T Bars on I realised I was going to have some fun on these. Simply riding along you can feel mild vibrations on the ground really helping you get a feel for the surface you are riding on. In the air they spin, slip and whip smoothly for easy tricking. They also look the part when cruising along just in the town. For drops and ledges these bars also live up to their great expectations due to the fact they are strong and can take the torment. These bars are simple but so very sick.
To say the least these bars are outstanding overall performers that fit any type of riding style and compression. They are a super solid product that you will not be disappointed with. These bars are awesome and personally I would recommend them to anyone. Phoenix have managed to live up to their hype once again, go this buy these before they sell out!
